Manufacturing

From sample to series, under one roof

From material development to packing, we plan and run a product's journey at our facility in Türkiye.

Facility tour

A fabric's journey through our facility

Step through the doors of our manufacturing facility. Together, let's follow every stop a material makes, from sample to shipment.

Skip the tour
  1. 01R&D and sampling

It all begins with a sample

Natural fibre, Lyocell, recycled PET microfilament and bio-based layers meet in the lab. The right structure for each need is first sought in a small sample.

  2. 02Cutting

    Measured to the millimetre

The approved sample becomes a pattern for its product family. The fabric is cut so that every piece comes out the same size.

  3. 03Joining

    By needle or by vibration

Depending on the product, pieces are joined by stitching or ultrasonic bonding. With ultrasonic bonding, there is no thread and no needle holes: the seam is fused by the heat of vibration.

  4. 04Lamination and printing

    Function, layer by layer

Layers are laminated together according to the function required. Colour, pattern and brand are carried onto the surface by printing.

  5. 05Folding and packing

Ready to use, counted and labelled

Each product is folded, counted and packed. Labels, language and packaging are prepared for the market it is headed to.

  6. 06Quality control

The same questions for every batch

Tensile and breaking strength, liquid absorption capacity, friction and final product checks are carried out in-house. Tests that require documentation are run at independent laboratories, according to their scope.

  7. 07Shipment

    From Türkiye to the world

Products set out by land and sea via the ports of İskenderun and Mersin. In 2026, we shipped products to eight countries, from Europe to the Middle East.

Customisation options

In OEM and private label projects, the following dimensions are assessed together.

  • Size
  • Fabric weight (GSM)
  • Colour and pattern
  • Packaging
  • Language
  • Label
  • Brand

Not every option may be possible for every product; feasibility is assessed per product and per project.

Our approach to quality

We carry out quality work at sample and product level. A document is shared with the scope it actually covers — the product, the method and the period; a company-level document does not on its own demonstrate the performance of a product.
