What data do we process?

You can reach us with the contact form or by email. With the form we process your name, email address, company, optionally your country, your request choices (topic, sector, material route, customisation, quantity and timeline) and your message; each form request also stores the language of the page you used and the version of this privacy notice shown to you. With email we process the name, company, contact details and message content you share. No accounts or analytics tools are used. To prevent misuse of the form, a security check with Cloudflare Turnstile runs when you send it; Cloudflare processes your connection details for this check. Your IP address is not written to the request record or to the request system's logs and traces; to limit attempts, only a keyed digest derived from it is counted for a ten-minute window, and expired counters are deleted on later submissions.

Visitor chat

When you write to the assistant on this site, we process your messages, the page language and a session cookie (opia_visitor_opia_eco, HttpOnly) that links the conversation to your browser. Before a conversation starts, a Cloudflare Turnstile security check is made. Replies are generated with Cloudflare Workers AI from the content published on this site; your messages are sent to the model only to produce the reply. The conversation is kept in the site’s own storage on Cloudflare’s infrastructure and deleted automatically after seven days; “Clear chat” deletes it at once. Do not share personal or confidential information in the chat; for a quote, use the contact form.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to answer your request, to handle quotation, sample or partnership discussions and to meet our legal obligations. The legal bases are that processing is directly related to concluding a contract, that it is needed to meet a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, ç and f).

Transfers

Your data is shared, as far as your request requires, with the relevant teams within the company and with the specialist brand your request concerns; where the law requires, it is transferred to the competent public authorities. Form records are kept in a database on the Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts the site and the request system, and emails on the servers of the email service provider. These servers may be located abroad; in that case the transfer is made in line with Article 9 of the Law. Your data is not sold or given to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Requests received through the form or by email are kept until your request is concluded and for as long as the business relationship continues, at most for the legal period for commercial correspondence (ten years under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code). Records whose period has ended are deleted, destroyed or anonymised under our retention policy; this is not done by an automated deletion job. You can ask for earlier deletion under your rights below.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the parties it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to the parties it was transferred to, to object to a result arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to apply

You can send your application in writing, with information that lets us verify your identity, to the email address below or to the address in the imprint. Applications are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest.

The content of this site introduces our company, technology and brands; it is not an offer of sale. Prices, lead times, minimum orders and technical specifications are binding only through a written quotation and contract.

Scope of documents and claims

Documents, tests and verifications are valid only for the organisation, product, sample and date stated on them; they cannot be extended to other products or to a whole brand.

Intellectual property

OPIA ECO, the brand names, logos, texts, films and images belong to our company or to their respective owners; they may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Organisation logos are shown only to identify the organisation concerned.
